What is the learning experience?Your learning experience will consist of tools and frameworks delivered via video lectures. This course is self-paced, and you can start and continue as needed until you finish the course.

What is the program format?The program consists of 4 modules delivered at your own pace online. Learners can expect to dedicate 32-hours including video, lectures, and supplemental course material. This structure allows for a flexible but structured approach to learning. Learners may choose to engage with the program module all in one sitting or in smaller segments of time throughout the week.

Could a learner choose to opt out of some topics?No. Each module must be attended to receive a certificate at the end of the course.

What is the Syllabus for the 32 hour EEO investigator training?Teaching Philosophy Our goal for the class is to provide an environment for students to actively participate in the class to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities. The purpose of the quiz and other activities is to promote individual participation in the learning process. Students can take quizzes as many times as necessary to be familiar with the information. There is no letter or numerical grade assigned to the classes. Students are assigned a realistic case to work throughout the practical application module to get hands-on experience with information in a case file and the steps required of an investigator throughout an investigation. Student Responsibilities Students are expected to read and review the materials, participate in the simulations, submit assignments, including an Investigative Plan (IP) and Report of Investigation (ROI) based on a mock counselor’s report and take the quizzes and final exam.
